How shall I do if the Grab++ can not capture the video or music?

(1) Refresh the webpage again and make sure the video/music is playing.

Then to see whether the Grab++ capture the video for you.

(2) Check the Grab++'s preferences to see whether the Grab++ is monitoring your browser

Click the 'Action' button on the Grab++ interface, then 'Preference...', then 'Monitoring' and check the browser you used, then click 'OK'.

Then Refresh the webpage again to see whether the Grab++ capture the video for you.

(3) check your IE setting:

Open the dialog tab 'Tools-->Internet Options --> General', then click the 'setting' button under 'Browsing History' to open the 'Temporary Internet Files and History Settings' dialog. Check the 'Every time I visit the webpage' radio, then click OK.

Then Refresh the webpage again to see whether the Grab++ capture the video for you.
